I have to admit, the first thing I did once I saw Hun-grrr was to break down my Superion so that I could try out Silverbolt's dragon mode. Wasn't impressed. If some kitbasher had done this to a Silverbolt to make a Hun-Grr, I'd think it was brilliant. As official product, it's a bit of a let down. ...

Hun-grrr is absolutely heartbreaking. :( Did they...did they actually make him out of Silverbolt? Because it kinda looks like they made him from Silverbolt. The beast mode is infinitely worse than the 80s figure, the robot is a poor likeness and I can't see the torso mode being very Abominusesque e...

G1 Omega Supreme is big, strong, and tough. He has the punching power of Iron Mike Tyson. His unwavering courage and spirit of self-sacrifice are without equal. His presence strikes fear in the hearts of Decepticons and GI Joes. His nickname is "The Intimidator." Omega Supreme is mechanic...

Over the past month or so, I've gotten: TR Blitzwing and Octane . Both are good, though I have trouble tabbing all of Blitzwing together in tank mode. RiD Soundwave . I hadn't planned on getting him, but am glad I did. I just wish he came with a 2nd weapon. There's even less attempt to hide his arms...

A few more Kreons. The front row is Cy-Kill, Crasher, Clench, Moonracer, and Swerve. In the back are some MOCs and an Autotrooper with gint wings until I can figure out a better use for them.

I saw something like this on another forum I visit. A thread is created by a new user copying and pasting old posts. Later, the copied post is edited into spam. My best guess is that this is to get around anti-spam filters that check if new users are spambots. Copying old material ensures the conten...

I wish he was just Rodimus Prime with no Hot Rod. We've gotten so many Hot Rods in the last decade, and almost no Rodimuses. And two of the Rodimuses we did get (this and the MP) are both compromised because the designers wanted it to be Hot Rod too! The only modern Rodimus Prime toy I can think of...

I'm looking forward to Beachcomber, since you'll actually be able to see the Titan Master riding him. Brawn and Roadburn are great, but you can't see their drivers. Jazz's vehicle mode looks like TR HotRod with the small cockpit. The headsculpt is iffy, and I don't like the gap in the chest. But, I ...

TR Perceptor - Basically a smaller version of the G1 figure with better articulation. The scope has lenses in it, and a focus knob, but I can't get anything in the tray to actually be in focus. You can plug the sniper rifle into the back of the microscope. Using that as a foot rest, and the scpe ed...

I get buying a 3P placeholder for a character you realy like. You don't know when (or if) the MP is coming. As Brendocon pointed out, they have dropped lines before. I can also get selling the 3P when the official one comes out. If you like the MP better, and don't need two similar renditions of the...

TR Roadburn and Brawn - Both are good, though I like Brawn better. The extra wheel/roof piece forming a shield is a nice touch. Roadburn's leg transformation is pretty involved for such a small figure. My only issue is that the edges of the 5mm hole in Brawn's roof bump into a TM head is I try to m...

I like Overkill's Head on Triggerhappy. The blues are a close enough match, TH's original red face looked out of place, and OK's face looks sinister enough for all those guns. I put TH's head in OK's shell, so he's still a T-rex, just without the molded teeth detail in the lower jaw. Do you mean Ama...

TR Repugnus and Shuffler - Between these guys, the T-rexes, and Fangry, the beasts far surpass the vehicles. I finally got UW Computron . I haven't fiddle with him too much, yet. I like how Strafe's fist holes can fit over his guns' rear pegs in arm mode, making one of the more cohesive arm modes i...

Berserker is a new mold. I'm visiting my parents for Mothers' Day weekend, so I don't have them in front of me. But, I tried Crankcase after fiddling with Berserker, and it's a different transformation, not just a retool.

Just be careful with the little tabs and panel bits, and the mould holds together quite well for the period -- have a look on YouTube for tetra squadron process vids. Thanks for the tip. Once I found a pic of the undersite of the jet mode, I was OK. I haven't actually transformed him back into bot ...

A local chain here in RI, USA has Last Knight Premier Optimus & Grimlock Voyagers for US$30 each, US$5 more than TR Voyagers go for. However, TR Voyagers have pretty chintzy looking stickers while the LK figures had nicer paint than usual. It doesn't justify a 20% price bump, though.

Titanmaster gimmick aside, TR Sixshot is basically the G1 figure with extra joints. Plus, the jet tailfins can fold inside the chest, so they don't get in the way of arm articulation. The downsides are minor: the legs don't peg together in tank mode, and the helmet has to sit in back of the jet mode...

I made Mirage, Jazz, and Ratchet to go with my Prowl. They each have ball jointed shoulders, heads, knees, and hips, plus hinged elbows. The crosses on Ratchet's shoulders are red flowers.
