I love the Alternators line almost without exception. The Prime mold was super-weak, and it was lame that the Windcharger mold lost its sniper rifle. Everything other figure in the line was awesome. Most of them had decent articulation (except the Corvettes), and I thought they were the most fun I'd...

I wouldn't feel bad about eating any pork. I mean, pigs eat human young every chance they get, so **** them.

Oh man, I got that for Christmas from my parents, and played it obsessively to completion. They fixed everything that was wrong in the first game, and it would've been high up on my game of the year list, but the parkour system now feels outdated since I've played inFamous. The greatest difficulty i...

These are both a couple of years old, but they're new to me. How did you embed the Youtube link into your post? I don't see the option on here or on Youtube.

I miss being able to view the Members List from highest post count to lowest. :(

Also, "members" is a word that looks all kinds of weird. It's a really ****ed up looking word.

I got my issue of Game Informer today, and everything in it was just concept art. Cool designs, but not a lot of information so far. If they could keep the combat from the most recent game, but have longer, more varied missions with a fleshed-out (ie - non-movie) story, I'd say it has a chance to de...

If you're already eating chicken that wasn't raised free-range, then I wouldn't be picky about beef or pork. Poultry is usually produced under conditions that are ridiculously unhealthy and inhumane, so even while chicken is a healthier meat in theory, it isn't always in practice. Doesn't stop me fr...

This is what you see in a lot of games "journalism" these days - Website A reports that Website B saw an article in Magazine C about X game. The game sounds interesting, and after the ROTF game, I'm willing to see what else Activision's development houses or partners can do with the license.

Were I to post about how I feel concerning New Super Mario Bros Wii's cooperative mode, this is what I would say. Not trying to cross promote, but I'm too lazy to paraphrase it all here.

I just finished Dragon Age: Origins last night after putting 44+ hours into it. It's very oldschool Bioware, and generally brilliant. I just picked up New Super Mario Bros. Wii today, and I'm getting Left 4 Dead 2 when it comes out this week. The only games I planned on buying this month were Dragon...

Since this is only slightly off the off-topic tangent, can anyone recommend a good way of finding out just what folders are using up most of your harddrive space without checking the properties for each one? I have a 120gb hdd, under 20g of music, no games, probably under 5gb of video, 15-18gb of do...

Metroid Prime Trilogy, Super Mario Galaxy, and that's about all I can recommend from experience. The Resident Evil games are pretty good if you like lightgun shooters, and Twilight Princess is great, but not that simple.

We're not having our usual Halloween party this year, so I may not make the costume I was going to make. I was going to get a blue jumpsuit (still haven't actually found one in a store, but I haven't been looking that much either) and some yellow duct tape and make myself a Vault dweller outfit. The...

Is anyone else kind of nostalgic already for the Car Robots/RiD era?

I was just having my daily perusal of BBTS and I saw that they had some "warehouse find" of some figures from that line, and I felt a little bit nostalgic. I thought the cartoon was horrible and most of the line was crap, but it was still a good time. I was also early into my college caree...

It amuses me when Cliffjumper says something that makes the conversation too awkward to post in until Nevermore brings us back on topic. Thundercats DVDs @ Walmart for $20

I picked up all four sets, even though it's pretty dubious as to whether or not I'll watch them all. Still, since they were selling the things for $500 a pop when they came out, it was a pretty good bargain.

I'm going to attempt a few Chrono Trigger characters, and eventually a few of my favourite scenes from the game. I was going to do a Crono a while back, but then I had to order more beads and then I forgot about it until I just read your post. Slag, these are the little fuse beads that you get from...
