TR Wheelie : Found a single Wheelie in a mass of Rewinds at the local TRU. The new Legends class is a good size for the little guy. His transformation is complex enough to be fun but not too complex. He also fits a Headmaster inside his driver's compartment without sacrificing anything. Mine pegs t...

TR Wave 2 Titan Masters: Found these guys at the local TRU at random. I'm much more entertained by this batch then I was the first wave because the little vehicles match up to the alt modes of the original toys. I wanted a few extra heads kicking about for swapping and these will do.

On a good solid look that Brainstorm is a heavy retool of Blurr. I approve of this. Blurr is a pretty solid figure, imho.

BBTS still has me listed as a "new customer" after something like a dozen purchases at this point.

TFSource supposedly accepts checks but I've never tried.

Can I ask why it has to be a check? Can't you get a debit card for your checking account? PayPal won't work for you?

TR Blurr: I snagged him and another TR deluxe at TRU the other day. He's a fun little bit of engineering. His Headmaster can drive him while in vehicle mode, which is nice. He reminds me a lot of his G1 toy, up to and including being able to detach his car mode's nose and being able to peg it into ...

TR Blaster: I was out with the wife at the local mall having a bit of a walk for Pokemon Go and stopped into the local comic/toy shop there and found him sitting on a shelf. He was a bit over MSRP, but only about the cost of shipping, so I figured what the hell. He's a pretty good Blaster figure. B...

RID Legion Steeljaw: For $3 I don't feel too put out on this guy. He's small, he's basic, he's a legion scale figure. Really I just like the character and wanted a pocket scale version. WHO BUYS THEIR CHILDREN A RAMJET IN 1987? My mom. -.- It's not that much bigger than a voyager IIRC, so that still...

RID Quillfire: Snagged this guy on a whim. I'm a fan of the Decepticon beast like robot modes and between him and Thunderhoof I like the look of him better. I may pick up Thunderhoof later because I'm a fan of his character on the show (as of Season 1), but meh otherwise. I love the little truck Qu...

Finally snagged CW Onslaught. Got tired of my CW Combaticons standing around. Gambling on the Takara Blast Off getting released in the US with the limb Groove in May like they did Quickslinger and Breakneck. Don't forget to yell, stomp, flail, and roll on the ground a couple of times in front of the...

Never, ever discount the fear effect of a sticky wild man covered in bits of fur while the other side is wearing several hundred dollars worth of garb, armor, and gear. ;)

Yeahhh, our very own Transformers mule! We shall pay you in maple syrup and beaver pelts. I LARP and I do enjoy a good breakfast, so those would be acceptable. Also I buy foam swords from a pair of makers in Canada who have storefronts near the border, which is why I make the trip every so often an...

I envy you that. There's such a big price difference between Canadian retailers and ordering from Japan that it doesn't make any sense to buy any Takara stuff locally. With Shockwave it's about a $35 difference, or about what I'll pay if I get hit with customs fees (which only seems to happen once ...

That's extortionate, I agree. Even charging $30 for a $20 toy that's allegedly still available at retail is a bit ridiculous, frankly, but some people will pay it as long as the retail distribution system remains broken. Yikes! That 150% mark up is nuts. However I'll gladly, at this point in my lif...

Wait, so there are people who weren't expecting Hasbro to release Groove once Takara had done the legwork on it? I would of thought an announcement would of come well before now. I'm not really -that- annoyed. The other Takara limbs have better colors imho, and the blue on Hot Spot is dead on, so a...

Mixed generation pic spam. One of my favourite things about TFs is that with few or no tweaks things produced so far apart sit well together... Anyone else do this? I did something like this with my son a while back. Pulled out the old G1 Jazz and RTS Jazz, G1 Prime and Classics Prime, and so on to...

As a former retail employee (TRU and Target) they'll send some poor soul to the Transformers section to go look and see if they have what you are calling about. Weather or not you get an honest answer is down to the employee on the phone knowing what you are talking about, communicating that to the ...

This one turns into a complete ball.
