I've decided to watch the first season before reading the books. I hear the third is still being written? Brave move by HBO to start filming a show based on an unfinished series of books.

anyone else find it a bit dodgy that his body was dumped at sea?

"Wheel of Time" would be epic but I think they'd struggle to get so many seasons. I read an interview in SFX with the author of "Game of Thrones" and he said that each book in the series gets bigger and bigger.. The second book is likely to be divided into two separate seasons.

How about they don't do another prime and release Soundwave, Galvatron, Shockwave, or any other of the really obvious choices for the Masterpiece line...

I regularly buy SFX magazine and I've recently discovered that Doctor Who is ludicrously overrated...well at least by that magazine.
