Oh, it's okay for you to snipe at someone for getting the wrong end of the stick, and not for me to do so? Explain that to me.

The comment applies if you were referring to me at all. If you want a bitching free forum, that's cool. But maybe lead by example?

Doesn't look much different from the Hasbro version to me.

Anyway, Fan to Fan comes through with more details:

http://www.fantofan.jp/earlybirdsp.htm

Primus:
Package will be in G1 image with the G1 designation C-00 to denote he is the top Transformers.
Broadcast:
AKA Blaster in G1, Broadcast will come with SteelJaw cassttebot.
Steeljaw transforms into cassette and fit into Broadcast too.

IIRC it was actually a bit tricky to get cassettes in and out of him. Maybe mine was knackered? The cassette deck always seemed a bit big, and didn't open quite enough to make getting your cassetteback out [mine arrived with Ravage stuck in, and had to have surgery]. Was that one just knackerd, or have Takara tweaked him a little?

I agree, Nevermore I usually agree with you, but they have a point back off a little sometimes you are overagressive and blunt in your answers. Remember that everyone has a mundane and sometimes moronic moments (some have much more than others) but that in of itself is a very human thing so please back off the bullying, it really makes for an unpleasant atmosphere

i have to admit, i agree too this time, nevermore.
bountyhunter has a point in that everyone has his stupidity moments, i had mine. they aren't fun, but there's no reason to react so strongly (and don't let others do it).

As you wish.

Now we get the honor of the return of the blockiest ugliest, poorist designed transformer the ever hit the Market. We are the luckiest Fans in the world! Do they upgrade? Do they resculpt? Does it move like a zombie? Hell no, Even a zombie could movebetter then this pos. Now for all fools and morons who chuck there money at the next thing that comes out all be prepared for the rerelease of Blaster, But wait just to improve the sales and in order to confuse and confuddle the ignorant masses, they renamed him. So for those who don't get it or because the name varies they can suck the money directly out of your pockets! thats right you illerate masses. . . wait di some one say Twincast? are the preorders being taken already?

Why is everyone so down on Blaster? He's basically the same figure as Soundwave (same articulation, basically same transformation, same limbs, etc) but I don't see people getting down on the monotonous decepticon...

The Blaster/Broadcast figure never looked to bad to me. *shrug*

...much larger, lacking the detail you'd expect of an upscale.

I'd like Blaster more if the toy were smaller, personally.

Well, in fact Soundwave have better proportions (at least for me), far better articulation and a pair of weapons. Even a missile launcher! ( ok, it's fairly simple, but shots!)

For me the thing about Blaster that bothers me among all are the dimensions. Is more tall than the Gestalt Defensor!

So I agree with people that prefers Soundwave compared to Blaster.

Yeah, the detail is also a point for Soundwave too!
