I think its possible, but unlikely. We did get a Classics Lio Convoy....kinda.

I think it's fairly likely we'll see some non-G1 names tacked onto repainted versions G1 characters, or used in lieu of names that they don't have trademarked anymore (like our friend Tankor the triple changer). New molds, though? It's possible, but so far we've seen no sign of it.
