They look both just great. I think this is the satelite mode from Soundwave. And that Wreckage repaint might suggest an appearance in the second movie.

First test shot of Deluxe Bumblebee, which is just a remold of Concept Camaro Bumblebee form the original movie line:

Looks like the front bumper has been retooled (same as on the actual car), the head sculpt is new, and the right hand has been replaced by a new weapon accessory.
Looking for a complete Energon Sky Shadow (from Superion Maximus).
Offering: Binaltech Hound, Swindle, Ravage (Corvette), Skids.

I don't think the hand has been replaced on Bumblebee, just the weapon itself. Either way, it looks sharp.

How many Bumblebee's are they planning to launch man? I hope this is the last one. By the way Borg I don't think Soundwave can ever beat Rid Megs/Galvs in a contest of chanching into most modes I mean Megs had dragon wings but could turn into a freaking big flying hand! They are not able to do that again I think. The toy itself has already covinced me to buy one when it hits the stores because I love a good Multichanger. (That's the major reason for me of loving my Rid Megs mold I guess)

The Answer is 42.

All jokes aside, There is never enough Bumblebees. We had 8 or so in the main line last year (And 4 in Animated's Main line). This is a whole different line, and it makes up for the lack of BB post-G1 to Classics.

I did only mean the movie toys in fact but forgot to tell that part of the story... According to me there are more than enough Bumblebees if you can get eight "different" versions of them in two years...

The movie 1 line had:

Legends Bumblebee in original deco, metallic and clear versions (Japanese campaign exclusives only), Cliffjumper redeco and "damage" deco (Allspark Battles two-pack wit Scorponok).

Deluxe Classic Camaro Bumblebee in original deco, Japanese version (with clear blue windows) and metallic version (Japanese store exclusive only).

Deluxe Concept Camaro Bumblebee in original deco, battle damage deco ("Evolution of a Hero" two-pack), Cliffjumper redeco, "Allspark Power" version with blue paint apps (Target exclusive), Screen Battles version with gray parts, Stealth Bumblebee in black with "battle mask" head and Premium version with "battle mask" head, gray parts and extra paint apps.

Ultimate Bumblebee.

Fast Action Battlers Bumblebee and the "Rally Rocket Bumblebee" redeco.

Robot Replicas Bumblebee.

The legless Bumblebee figure from the Screen Battles "Final Stand" set (which is NOT a remold of Screen Battles Bumblebee).

Plus stuff like Cyber Slammers Bumblebee (Classic and Concept Camaro versions), Cyber Stompin' Bumblebee, Robot Heroes...

Expect the ROTF line to have AT LEAST as many Bumblebee toys.

curiosity killed the cat and all, but... how many bb's (including as you have redecos into other characters IE cliffjumper) are there alltogether then? i count another eight for animated:

deluxe
elite guard deluxe (black redeco)
fast action battler
legends
activators
activators cliffjumper redeco (does it still count if the head is new?)
activators (or was it a legend?) 'patrol' bumblebee (the white one)
that animated cyber stomper thing.
and still no word on future wasp repaints/cybertronian modes/more cliffjumpers, etc

typical: you wait for twenty years, then 32 come all at once...

SPOILER! (select to read)
People BIG no HUGE NEWS!!! Sean Long aka the TransformersMatrix has done a review of ROTF Soundwave. Its a deluxe (Smaller than Jazz). To find it just search for Fallen Review. When I looked for a review of the Fallen I came across it...

link for the rest of us....

and yes, i meant bumper battlers, my bad. i may also have missed any mcdonalds/burger king giveaways there may have been.

edit after watching:
SPOILER! (select to read)
good to see what seems to be a correct transformation to robot mode, but choppy editing and poor camera work *again* from sean makes it difficult to follow the transformation sequence... watching him do it quickly in reverse was more enlightening.

I'm thinking the missile is like the protoforms'; an engine jet blast in alt mode, and some kind of beacon or signal flare in robot. but then i was wrong about the size, wasn't i?

I fail to see how a Sean Triple-X Long VIDEO REVIEW of a toy we've already seen multiple photos of qualifies for BIG NEWS.

And then I can die happy.

SeanLong isn't that bad once you get to know him, but in this case Peaugh's review is much better, as it shows off everything.

shows off new features (missile), gives size context, kinda shows the transformation.

yeah i suppose we've seen all this before from assorted pics, but lets face it, this is about the only thing we actually have to discuss. that, and numbers of bumblebees...

secretcode; i do admire his ability to get hold of these unreleased figures, however dodgy they may be (or not, i can't say), and its nice to see a proactive figure in the fandom actually *doing* something*, i just wish he'd, y'know, hold the camera back a bit....

*far too many sites simply report on other websites, even when they actually have the pull to get advance figures and draw interviewees etc...
