By god, are all late TF's that simple?

Well, this is Siren and as it is a Porsche 944 (so I think) I had to buy him, but are all of that year as cheapish plastic with simple transformation?

I know that at least the Seacons and the Dreadwind/Darkwing guys are better quality.

How about the other headmasters and targetmasters (Hosehead, Spinister, Nightbeat, Joyride, Slapdash)?

I know Quickmix and Scoop are a real pain....

That's exactly the reason I sold my original Siren, he looked and felt cheap, and had one of the most basic transformations ever. Mirage rates the Siren toy 2/10 (he only got the 2 'cus the little head guys were always amusing to transform *flip*)

Yeah, like that period of time they shaped all of them like animals (just kidding).

Some of the series 5 tfs were fabricated in hong kong, that could explain why they are made of cheap plastic.

Btw: I think the power master slap dash is quite cool, nice transformation.

Hosehead and Nightbeat aren't as bad as Siren, but they're still quite lame... You think Siren's simple? you wait till that Powerdasher gets to ya!

I liked Spinister. Both him and Quickmix were loads of fun when I was a kid.

I got Quickmix for $4.00. That was One dollar on Ebay and $3.00 for shipping.

Wish I knew what I do now, I would have left the bid of 0 go on ebay.

(Oh! And it had an old sticker on it stampmarked, "$4.25" Image )

Spinister doesn't look so bad, I just hate those short arms. I need to build some extensions for him or something...

Yeh, great as Spinister is, there are a couple of tiny improvements whihc would have made him much better...
