WEDGE DEFECT nooooooooooooo

My wedge toy which i got from wall-mart is missing one little screw thing. By looking at the toy it was never inserted in it.

Its missing the silver screw thing on his weapon , there are thoes 2 orange barrales which are attached to the handle (the wide thing that you hook up to wedges hand) well im missing the silver thing at one of the connection points for one barrel.

Should i just try to return it, or email hasbro. Not big deal, but if im keeping this guy i should fix it.

Return it to the store. They sold it to you, so they are responsible. At least, it works like that here.

Nah, just take the thing back and ask to trade it. For such a small thing (considering other stuff Walmart sells) they'll trade it for you. Unless they have some strict manager-types, in which case go to a different Walmart if one is nearby.

Take it back. They sold you a faulty toy, so they should give you a new one.

my windsheer came without its rear landing wheels. i can't return it because i live in brazil and it was bought from BBTS.com
i e-mailed hasbro but the didnt reply... they suck.

Are you aware that the landing gear maybe in the legs? or are they not there at all?

The front wheel on my RID magnus wasn't joined at the ends, so after 2 months of nothing from hasbro, I justsuperglued the 2 ends together

yes, i am aware. i have skyfire and he is ok. the landing gear is not in the legs, it was not packaged... =(
the main problem is i live in brazil so i can't just go to the store an complain... i bought it from amazon.com

My loose Armorhide was missing the connector post when it came out of the package. I just never returned him, so he's stuck being a leg module of Ruination when I combine them. Unfortunately, it seems some quality is being sacrificed with RiD. I don't know if they're hurrying to get the shipments out or what, but it seems a lot of defects have been popping up lately.

not to mention the cheap plastic and bad quality painting. BM toys were much better in terms of painting and plastic quality.

My OmegaPrime's face came with extra silver paint (on parts that were supposed to be red)... but it was no biggie, since red is the base color. I just scratched it

Luckily I have not seen any other failures in my Rid toys...
