New redecos:

Scout Class Dead End and Knock Out as whatever their names are going to be, and same-character redecos of FAB Skids and Mudflap.

Orange Dead End smells like Wheelie to me.

It amuses me when Cliffjumper says something that makes the conversation too awkward to post in until Nevermore brings us back on topic.

Has there been a proper Wheelie yet?

I am much less amused, especially since it was fairly recently that we were specifically telling staff not to call people stupid.

Play nice in here so I don't have to cut a bunch of posts.

Pipes(Blowpipe), Bludgeon and that Breakdown look sweet. I just hope they show up at my walmart soon.

Hmmm... they're particularly fond of redecoing Dead End and Knock Out, aren't they? If the orange Dead End gets called Detour, I'll get him. One version of Knock Out is enough for me.

Anyways, some tidbits that may or may not have resurfaced in the previous pages...

Pictures of NEST Soundwave and Bumblebee. Soundwave's a redeco of his original toy in G1 colours, while Bee's basically a repainted Cannon Bumblebee.

A new RPM (one of those flip-over-car things), a green Decepticon named Wreckloose:

And finally, a possible new look at a new combiner. Most likely not legit, though...

Blue Soundwave is in the "Gathering at the Nemesis" three-pack, NEST Soundwave is black.

Also, I've reported both toys above. Although with the below news, I'm confused now - Which Bumblebee is in the NEST two-pack and which one is a single release?

Not official at least. One of those unlicensed Chinese third party things.

Meanwhile, new TakaraTomy mass retail toys solicited. Most of them are the same we've already seen from Hasbro (Voyager Bludgeon - forget the NEST Autobot logo, that just refers to the sub-line, not his faction -, Scout Brakedown, Deluxe Dirge, Deluxe Recon Bumblebee, Voyager Recon Ironhide), but there are a two new additions, namely a red redeco of Deluxe Rampage and a white (not silver) redeco of Voyager Demolishor, both of which are movie-accurate (the white "Demolishor" is the one that becomes part of Devastator, versus the red one in Shanghai).

Doesn't that look kinda like the Energon/Classics Devastator?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I WIN, people who bought the first one, I WIN. Now, about that Deluxe Scrapper with tiny running figurines of Sam and Miks I just know you're holding back on purpose, Hasbro*...

I thought the excavator that was actually part of Devastator (or at least Not Demolisher) was called Scavenger, though?

* = In light of certain problems we've had in this topic with people being the 's' word above and beyond the call of duty taking everything I say at face value no matter how preposterous it is, I would like to take this opportunity to say that I do not think Hasbro are holding back a Deluxe Scrapper with tiny running figurines of Sam and Miks on purpose.

Other way round.

White in Shanghai.

Amazingly the ROTF section of everybody's favourite site about giant death robots omits images relating the the film's giantest death robot. So I can't prove Scavenger's red through anything other than toy pics (which have Rampage wrong anyway). Boo!

Hey, don't blame me, I only screencapped the bits I needed. The gallery's just a blatant attempt to up the Jolt factor (I so didn't notice him in the scene where Sideswipe gets shot in the face until I did the caps; I reckon he's in every scene, just just hidden in the background somewhere - like Stockade in the first one).

Also, uh, is it me, or is this Rampage yellow?

Image

Devastator's really, really, really difficult to screencap because there are so many moving parts - the grabs tend to be very blurry just because most of him is contantly moving... the live action stuff in general can be tricky because of this (the forest fight is a nightmare, but was my only source for Grindor), but Devastator really takes it to the next level

Looks yellow to me.

Also looks yellow here (assuming he is indeed the left leg):
http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Image:ROTF_Devas ... y_clip.jpg

Which means it's just the individual non-combining one that's red.

http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Image:ROTFgame_3 ... battle.jpg
^^ Yellow there, but that's from the game so all bets are off.

Shame they didn't tweak the frontloader, the dump truck and the mixer really, as it might've made the intention a lot clearer. Weird that they bothered for two and not others - mind, is it expensive to do a palette swap for CGI (what with them not bothering for Blackout or Bonecrusher either)?

I wonder if Hasbro will do the red Rampage as well. I'd definitely grab one for my desk at work.

Of course the Red Rampage isn't part of devastator. How could he be part of him when he's occupied getting beaten up by BB while Devs himself asembles????

A Hasbro version of red Rampage has been hinted in this Walmart listing from back in April:

First look at what is being identified as Leader Class Starscream:

With that mouth wide open, I guess it comes with real movie-like spitting action.

Fantastic! I just hope the arm pops off easily and has some sort of post so every other character can hold the thing - they could line up, Airplane-style, to thump him with it.

What?

We were observing that the one who is part of Devastator is actually yellow. The one who's off individually blatantly isn't part of him. But both Long Hauls are the same colour, as are the Mixmasters and Scrappers.
