UK Transformers Supplier

Post by numbat »

I'm exploring the world of UK Transformers suppliers in a hunt for MMC's Feralcons (and third party figures in general).

I'm not having much luck, but I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations?

I did notice 'Masterforce' have Tigris in stock. Are they reliable?

New sale thread added with a range of Transformers including Masterpiece, Botcon, CHUG, RID, Movies etc.

Looking for MP-11T Thundercracker and MP-9 Rodimus v2 (Takara version with as few QC issues as possible).

Kapow Toys tend to stock 3rd party stuff. Try them.

Yeah, I've used Kapow a fair bit, but they don't have any Feral Cons in stock, so I'm looking for alternative suppliers.

Kapow have always been good and quick with delivery, but I've had two occasions now where the Transformers' boxes have been badly damaged presumably in transit.

Ach, these things happen. The main thing is the transformers were ok! I still use Kapow. :)

I can vouch for masterforce, the guy running it has given me nothing but absolute great service so far and I've been his customer for over a year.

They also have a loose Bovis and Leo Dux.

omegalock is also neat [and cheaper] but I have not used him yet.

Kapow also have [up until y-day at least] a great deal on FT Red Swoop, which I hope will still be up by Saturday morning.

Thanks - I think I'll give Masterforce a go. I can see a loose Bovis that is broken, but can't see a loose Leo Dux...

Omegalock I've head good things about, but they didn't have anything I was looking for.

No major probs with Masterforce, Omegalock or Kapow.

Sid's also good, but can't see any of that MMC stuff --

Stuff comes up on eBay fairly frequently, especially if you're willing to deal with other countries. Bit of a drought at the moment.

Had a look at masterforce, sadly the loose leo dux is gone.

I think KAPOW have at least one other feralcon on ebay.

On related news, managed to cough up enough cash to get the FT Red Soar from KAPOW. Price was too good to pass up, he's an introductory piece to FT in general for me, and if I don't like him, at that price, he won't be hard to get rid of.

Fingers crossed.

Best FT mould and release so far, in my opinion. Really nicely finished.
