The Last Animation Film you've seen
you probably dont realise this if you havent played the others but 10 was just dumbed down final fantasy. the movement was so linear you only had one place to go with no sense of exploration. most towns had an entrance and an exit and thats about it.
the voice acting was horrid and the plot elements have been done before in the series. its almost like they thought that if they made the graphics really good nobody would notice they did a half assed job.
just take FF 6 for instance. the amount of side questing and non- linear gameplay (hell you can even have shadow die and not come back) just makes 10 look ridiculous.

Final Fantasy is the most overrated franchise ever. I can't even begin to describe how underwhelming it all is.
Anyway... The last animated film I saw was... Erm... Can I count Team America? No? Damn. OK. Disney's Robin Hood. Bloody brilliant film that, and I own it on DVD. Which is nice.

I found God. Then I lost him. He'll probably turn up down the back of the sofa someday.
"The early bird gets the worm, but the early worm is ****ed."
"I'm not oppressing you Stan, but you haven't got a womb. Where's the fetus going to gestate? You going to keep it in a box?"
it is indeed the most underwhelming franchise.
espeically considering square itself has put out RPGS head and tails above its flagshipseries ....kingdom hearts, CHRONO TRIGGER, secret of mana.......

Wallace and Gromitt: Curse of the Were-Rabbit. There were a few bits recycled from the shorts (an evil dog, the Thunderbirds stuff at the start) but it was still easily the best film of the year.

Asian star wars rip off aimed at the novelty 3-D market, yet strangely compelling.
I have a bad copy on VHS, it used similar animation tachniques to Bakshi's LOTR film.
I watch it alot, pity me.
There's a trailer for it on the AWESOME Battle of the Rock Lords. And for something called "The American Rabbit".

It has to actually be the first set of trailers I've ever seen on a tape where I'd heard of none of the films.
I'd heard of the Twain one and Teen Wolf Too from reviews in old Starburst's (The magazine, not the sweet that shall forever be opel Fruit's to me). See, who needs sex when you're heads full of useless trivia?
And any film with Roddy McDowell in is allright in my book.

Macross Plus The Movie Edition and Robotech: The Sentinels were the last 2 animated movies.
As too Final Fanasty I was bored so I decided to play FF8 after almost 3-4 away from it, and I think FF8 is the best of the series story wise with characters that I actually like and cared more about Squall and Company than Cloud and his band in FF7, the best card mini-game in any RPG that I've played, and some neat plot twists.
Final Fanasty VII is a classic but in my book Final Fanasty VIII is
the best one in the series because it took everything that worked so well in Final Fanasty VII and jacked it up to the Nth degree.
I mean FF9 was complete and utter forgettable crap.
FF X and X-2 are ok but nothing to write home to momma about as for FF 11, I don't play online RPGs and I'm not going to anytime
in the near future.
