So, I'm hungry.
So, I'm hungry.
... What's good?
Not that it matters, I'm about to get up and have a sammich and probably something vegetable. But I'm also bored and haven't started anything even remotely useless in a very long time, so feel very sock.
Make up something. Something you think would be good, or maybe have tried and liked but other people think is completely disgusting.
I've put mustard on plain minute rice a few times. It tastes odd, but it grows on you. I've also put garlic salt in mashed potatoes... that didn't turn out so well.
Wild rice/brown rice and spaghetti sauce is actually pretty good. Ketchup and mixed vegetables... carrots and steak sauce is good for about five seconds.
Sliced Dill pickles on toast is a staple, however.

This is my signature. My wasted space. My little corner. You can't have it. It's mine. I can write whatever I want. And I have!

I'm surrounded by meat eaters!... just like I am every day. pft. Hey, you like meat, say so. I really don't care, as I did eat meat for abouuuut... 20ish years of my life.
But, doesn't anyone like a food that other people think is disgusting?
Suppertime. That lawn's been looking a bit too thick all summer, anyway...

Anything from McDonalds.
Seriously though, Fish sticks with fires, swimming in salt. That's always good.
Joke. Noun. A thing said or done to cause laughter. Something not in earnest or ridiculous.

I prefer baked beans (the ones Heinz do in tomato sauce in the UK; they're less common elsewhere) cold, and they work well with grated cheese in sandwiches.
Paprika goes well with fried eggs in sandwiches.
Cold cream of tomato soup goes well with shortbread.
You can break eggs straight into a sandwich toaster (with bread, obviously) if you're careful and can guess the cooking time.
Cornflakes and orange juice (or yoghurt) aren't nearly as disgusting as you'd think.
Apple and cheese is another stock sandwich filler.
Any combination of veg fried + eggs = quick meal.

I once made spaghetti squash with ketchup and sour cream. I wouldn't recommend it...
I'm struck by the idea of Fluff and tempeh, though I'm sure it's horrible. Heck, I just miss Fluff.
I put wakame chazuke on just about everything. It mustn't be good for the heart, but it is good for the soul.
