Nothing beats a nice big glass of your favorite beverage. In this case a nice large serving of Makers Mark on the rocks.

work sucks but it makes a beverage a whole lot better when the work is done.

I had someone call me up and ask if I'd done something yet. When I asked, "Didn't you get it?" she said, "Actually, I haven't checked the fax machine yet."

My bosses are jsut as bad. Why I need 3 bosses in a 10 person company, I don't know, but they wonder why we all talk about beer constantly..

Man, if I had three bosses who were that dense, I'd quickly whittle it down to two with not-so-legal methods. If they're stupid enough not to check before asking you about something, then they'll never figure out it's you.

EDIT: I should probably mention that I had faxed it almost 4 hours earlier, by that point, so the fact that she didn't check the fax once in that period of time makes it especially a bugbear.

Yeah I had 3 managers talk to me about the same incident that occured about a month ago and was took care of that week. I love having a long useless chain of command.
