What's your fav Schwarzenegger movie?

Post by Ulticron »

I've heard it over and over "Terminator/Terminator2" was Schwarzenegger's best work. That's crap in my opinion! I think Total Recall was his best work. So what do you think? In your opinion what was Schwarzenegger's best movie?

Total Recall, easily. Can't do much but to love the fighting scenes, he was a bad ass back then.

Man, TBS can be so wacky... I've never seen it posted here, so I'll ask: has anyone ever heard the Arnold prank calls? I love that stuff!

You know i've never seen that movie, but i'm curious to watch. All we sell at work is the VHS version an i wouldn't touch that even if they paid me to *L*. The back of the box made it sound really good.

That was actually one of his better attempts at comedy, better than last action hero i think.

Not fair. He isn't bad. Possibly better than average, especially for action flicks.

Total recall had problems. I demand slightly more from my science fiction I guess.

Conan the Librarian...er, Barbarian.

The meaning of life, according to Conan: To crush your enemies, have them driven before you and hear the lamentations of their women.

*Dares everyone to say that aloud in their best Arnold voice*

Conan the Barbarian, The Terminator, The Running Man, Predator, Terminator II, and True Lies.

That's about as small a list as I can get it down to. Each of them is an asskicking flick in it's own right.

I have half of those movies (I even pitched my original copy of Terminator for the special edition.) And I'm going to get The Running Man next. What a great flick, although I don't think most people would put it up as high as I do, and that's a shame. Where else can you see someone layin the smack down on Arnie when he's throwing out one of his famous catchphrases?
"Richards: Killian! I'll be back!"
"Killian: Only in a rerun."
Ha! Pure villainy gold. That had to hurt.

Hmm...you know, that guy hawked Cadre-Cola for almost 30 years on tv. Maybe I could get him to endorse Uncle Snake's

He hasn't, I only like True Lies because of Tom Arnold.

Heh heh heh...it even has the soundboards to do the calls with, though they don't seem to have my favorite on there, the "Gator Lodge" call.

i actually hated total recall.

terminator 2 would be the obvious choice, except i've seen it so mant times that im absolutely sick of it now. i'd say predator or END OF DAYS. i really liked end of days
