Insomnia

I think my insomnia is coming back...

Ah well, it has been a good 4 years since. I was wondering what you people did in order to get to sleep? I have a busy day ahead of me and I have had a whopping 1 hours sleep.

Do exercise. If either your body or mind isn't tired, you won't sleep... this accounts for my own nocturnal habits...

I couldn;t help but laugh when i read this topic. Because I posted the exact opposite one to this yesterday about ways to try and stay awake...

Ways to fall asleep - a good way is to make yourself really really warm - when i was sitting last night in my computer room the sheer heat of the room was making me real drowsy...however when i went and sat outside in the cold for 10 minutes it woke me right up!

Another thing that can keep me asleep is if I have things on my mind - If I;m worried about something or have a lot to think about my brain tends to turn things over when I try to sleep the way to stop this is to listen to something quite mundane with earphones on.....

Hope that's of some use to ya!
