What's your relationship status now?

Post by Vin Ghostal »

It's been 12 years since I joined the Archive and I know a lot has changed. I'm simply curious as to how many people out there are married and/or have kids or are still living the single life.

Me? I've been married for five years, and been with the same girl for nearly 10, with no kids...yet.

"Living the single life" kind of implies being less busy...

Newly single (after a few years) and not looking.

Married and pregnant. As usual, it's Hound's fault.

Married for 12 years, at this point, and been together for 14. One son, age 11.

Oh, and a cat. Silly little orange furball.

Married for two and a half years now (where the hell does the time go?). No kids yet, but we're looking for a house so we'll have a place to put 'em.

The "the" in the phrase, and the stereotype of free and single.

Probably not entirely untrue, going by anecdata of older people at work who always seem on the verge of throttling immediate family.

Sixteen weeks or something thereof... At one point about a week and a half ago, Hound got all sweet and stuff and said "You're going to be a mommy!"

I returned with "... and you're a mother****er!"
