Hmm... scanning through this, some people were wondering if anybody here knows or knew Orlando Bloom?
Well...
My Bro's girl friends dad is a part time actor... If you live in the UK, chances are you will have seen him. He does stuff like those stupid BnQ adverts, and has been in stuff like the bill and Eastenders.
Anyway, he claims to know Orlando Bloom, or his dad, or something. But she recons he's acting like he knows them a lot better than he really does.
But, anyway, there you go.

Thanks for the enlightenment. Oh, and I'm going to see The Two Towers because in sixth grade, last year, I read the trilogy. It was good. And after I saw the Fellowship of the Ring I thought the Two Towers would be better. But, it might not be. They put the Elves in there. They weren't even in the book!! And sorry to all those out there who like Elves. But Legolas Greenleaf is the only Elf even mentioned in the book besides Galadriel.
But most of all, I wanna see it 'cause I want to see Karl Urban, Viggo Mortensen, Orlando Bloom, John Rhys-Davies, and Sir Ian McKellen kick some Uruk-hai ass!!!

What about Arwen, Celeborn, Cirdan, Gil Galad, Glorfindel, Elladan, Elrohir
and this isn't including any historic mentioning of elves

Shut up about the Elves. They get on my nerves. Rangers are so much cooler... And Aragorn is cool to! Go Strider! Go Thorongil! Rangers rule and so does Eomer! Karl Urban is cute and cool!
And I hope they don't leave out Hama, 'cause Hama was cool. Why'd he hafta die?
*takes out handkerchief*
Oh, they better not leave out Halbarad and the other Rangers or the Paths of the Dead in The Return of the King, or I'll sue...

There was this 'Return To Middle Earth' special on TV last night, it was rather interesting, went for 30 mins and ended by showing the begining of the "Helms Deep" battle.

Speaking of elves, there was also Haldir and a few others when the fellowship reached Lothlorien ...
"The dwarf beathes so loud, i could have shot him in the dark"
And Ghosty, weren't the Urak-Hai wiped out by the Rohirrim well before the battle at Helm's Deep? Unless more were bred, but i thought they were another breed of orcs fighting there. (someone correct me if i wrong there)

Well, I heard that it was ten thousand Uruk-Hai against the army at Helm's Deep...or at least that's what I read in The Two Tower's Visual Companion.

Oh, and that was one of the coolest lines. One of my faves was from Aragorn/Strider (whatever you wanna call 'im) :
"If by my life or death I can protect you, I will. You have my sword."
That was a cool line...
What are some of your favorite lines from the Fellowship of the Ring?
