Single most depressing/f*cked up movie I've ever seen.

Yeah... It was great.

something your intellect would otherwise cause
you to reject -- otherwise there's no need for faith.

Upon reflecting on it further...you MUST see this movie. Rent it or download it, just make sure you watch it and make sure you get the uncensored version. This movie will stay with you forever, and the soundtrack is haunting...

EDIT-Also, download the requiem/two towers mix that's floating around out there...one of the most amazing pieces I've ever heard, and the first to bring me to tears. In-****ing-credible.

Incredible movie. Every single American kid should be forced to watch this movie in class before graduation. Incredibly well-directed and beautifully shot. Jared Leto, Marlon Wayans, and Ellen Burstyn all turn in career performances, and the soundtrack (not to mention the film's 20-minute montage finale) will haunt you forever.

If you haven't seen it, go rent it. Now.

I have the soundtrack, by Clint Mansell and the Kronos Quartet. It is a thing of loveliness.

See his earlier film, Pi as well. That also has a great dark d&b soundtrack by Clint Mansell, Massive Attack and others.

From a record shop in Munich last Summer.

But I expect Amazon have it - Kronos Quartet and Clint Mansell are quite big names.
