If I were to buy 3 alternators, what would you recommend?

Figures, collectables, customs and collecting.

Smokescreen
Sideswipe
Silverstreak
Hound
Dead End
Tracks
Meister (white/red)

No more than one figure per mold. Serious recommendations only, I'm actually going to follow the voting. :D

Dead End (I have Sideswipe, and he's awesome, but Decepticons are rarer and cooler), Ravage (Tracks remold will be BT-11--may be convention exclusive in US), and Silverstreak.

Dead End is quite popular around here I see. You do know that you've posted them in binaltech numbers eh?

I'd recommend blue tracks [comes out this month], red meister and dead end. If you could buy four, then I'd also add silverstreak.

Only three?

- Silverstreak (improvement over SMokescreen, and since Smokescreen GT isn't going to be released as an Alternator...)
- Dead End (better color scheme than Side Swipe, plus the roof...)
- Meister (my favorite so far, despite the right arm's tendency to pop off)
Looking for a complete Energon Sky Shadow (from Superion Maximus).
Offering: Binaltech Hound, Swindle, Ravage (Corvette), Skids.
Can buy in stores: Robot Heroes Tigatron/Inferno, Ricochet/Predaking.

I'm not that interested in cars as altmodes. To be honest I'm more interested getting my hands on the BW molds I'm still missing or for example E Shockblast. But as I got a chance to get these at a reasonable price, I want to see if these are so well done toys as almost everyone keeps saying. Plus I'm interested seeing the engineering first hand. :)

Hound, Silverstreak and Meister.

Ignore any suggestions to buy Tracks unless you have a lot of free cash floating round or are a completeist.

I don't have enough to choose from to recommend three. :(

Sideswipe is nice, though...

Smokescreen 1
Sideswipe 1
Silverstreak 6
Hound 7
Dead End 6
Tracks 5
Meister 10

It seems Meister is a clear favourite around here. A bit for my surprise Hound got second, not that I mind as it seems to have a more unique transformation.

Dead End and Silverstreak got the same amount of votes. What I've read, is that Smokescreen/Silverstreak mold has a very similar transformation as Meister. So as I'm interested in the transformation mechanisms, I'll go for Dead End.

Thanks for the input people. :)
