Has anyone else read the beast within comicbooks that come with the dvd boxsets?

Comics, cartoons, movies and fan stuff.

I didn't get any comic books with the G1 boxsets that bought.

What are the comics about?

From what I've been told, it's nicely-drawn fanwank about the Dinobots combining and killing half the Decepticons.

I own the boxsets, and ergo the story, but have no desire to ever read it...

Could you give the comics to me since you probably don't want them?

I know that's unlikely but it's worth a shot.

I never said I don't want them. I just don't plan on reading 'em.

Yes, I'm an anal retentive bastard. What of it?

Aye, they're ****ing terrible. The Decepticons kill practially everyone, then the Dinobots combine but CAN'T CONTROL THEMSELVES and kill more people. They're utterly diabolical, though the art's not too bad when the guy's not trying to be Pat Lee.

Yeah i thought it was at least three kinds of crap. the dinobots combining was just ludicrous and there wasn't really any explanation for it. yes he killed a load of decepticons, but then turned on the autobots....but it's ok, the day was saved by jetfire...twice...:wtf:

Marvellous, isn't it? Do something ****, claim it's a joke afterwards. Well, maybe they can refund the portion of the price for the boxsets that was due to this "free" comic, then?

yeah that art was alright sometimes but optimus still looked to "dreamwavey". The thing read like a violent image comic from teh mid-nineties though...

*slaps on the wrist* no! Prime trashing a few deceps was cool but it was just a fanboys wet dream. Dinobot's combining? if they were going to make a Gestalt of the Dinobot's they could have made it look better than that.

You're not demonic, you're just sad.

Lazarus, anyone? Specifically the Lazarus of Walky's Dumbass Transformer of the Month? Sadly I'm getting a 404 for the page, Walky seems to have stripped the TF content... anyone got this backed up?
