Depends: do you want the entrance to fit in with whats happening at the moment, get a little back story, or (and this how 90% of my guys arrived) just have your guy sort of, turn up? Like no one had looked at that corner of the room or something?

Either option you go for, you're going to need to look into the current threads and see where you want to play. If you need some backstory, the amazing clipped version is:
The Quintessons took Cybertron in a befarious and evil attack, driving all Transformers to earth.
The Transformers have united under a common banner, and are in the process of Getting It Back.

There's other stuff sure, but don't worry about it till it affects your guy. Let us know what you decide.

Honestly? I'd go with the "Yeah, I've been here the whole time, didn't you know?" technique, it's always a surefire winner, especially when there is more than enough happening.

First instinct would be to find some where with some action going on in the air for him, but let me check...

Edit: Yeah, PM Warcry and ask him about Tarn and Victory square: there's lots of airspace, lots of battles to join in and so on. Or you could join the Decepticon staff on the warworld at the moment, that's a fairly good place to slip in...

PS: Don't play too passively in the game: Find some one you want to fight and wade in, or report to the Transformers Team Commander for instructions: don't forget to bold any names of the characters you want to interract with, it gets players attentions a lot quicker.
