Dates for the next TFN announced, slightly earlier on the 11-13th August. Or of course not the dates I booked.

https://www.tfnation.com/2016/blog/News ... ch%20Dates

Also for anyone near Manchester in December, Mark Ryan from offa the live action films is at an event with various familiar comic related faces (of which I think Will Simpson is the most exciting as I've not met him before):

I shall also be there.

Whether that's an incentive or disincentive for everyone else to attend is up for debate, though.

TFN ticket prices are up, with Saturday options this time and a wider range of concessions: http://us11.campaign-archive2.com/?u=b5 ... 0057d6587f

ALso, for anyone in the London area, there's a signing with Furman and various Marvel UK peeps this coming Saturday for the Partwork between 2 and 4 at Orbital Comics:

Other half lives less than ten miles away so might skip the hotel.

Will miss the breakfast conversation about reptiles, but hey.

The date is very close to an international spider conference which is being held in the UK this year, so I'm not sure I'll be able to go to TFNation as well (with a toddler and baby, plus running my own business, it may just be too much time away from home).

But considering this ^ I'll need to try my best!

:swirly:

New sale thread added with a range of Transformers including Masterpiece, Botcon, CHUG, RID, Movies etc.

Looking for MP-11T Thundercracker and MP-9 Rodimus v2 (Takara version with as few QC issues as possible).

Check out my new sale thread now!

And as Sara Pitre Durocher of Till All Are One fame is also going to be there. Giving her the chance for the British audience to try and guess the pronunciation badly.

It'll either be Sara or Sarah, at a guess.

"Peetree du roh sher" would be my estimation, but there's probably a Canadian knocking about who can clarify.

HASCON 2017/TFCon/TFNation

Post by Smiggy »

Hello all.

I am new to these forums. Glad to be aboard.

I do apologise in advance, if this thread is posted under the wrong forums.

I wanted to ask who is going to HASCON 2017, and the upcoming cons hosted by TFCon, and TFNation?

Probably fits better in the general TF forum. Welcome aboard. :)

UK so TFN personally, assuming it doesn't clash with anything last minute. If you haven't been before it's very decent and worth doing the full Friday + weekend at least once.

The TFCons (they seem to do two locations) are probably the ones to hit up if you're in that part of the world and into third-party stuff.

Replied -- I'm going to merge this with the existing conventions thread, and if you want to repost bits of PM with an outline of what you're aiming to get as a short audio clip from the voice actor in question if they're amenable, I'm guessing that between us we can have a go at sorting it out.

edit: And as I say, being prepared to offer a donation to the event's charity stall and keeping the message pretty short and not too weird would probably work in favour.

edit2: Geoff Senior just announced for TFN...
