Do we count the Cyberverse subline where everyone only half-transforms into a weird hybrid between robot and vehicle? If so I think those win by default.
If not, that Megatron has to be up there with things like the old Legends-class Movie Jazz that had a second grille and set of headlights slapped into the roof in car mode.
