Well, just finished my second full playthrough of ME3, complete with all the DLCs. It was considerably better the second time around. I don't really remember the old one to compare it to the new Extended Cut ending, but I did reasonably enjoy the ending this time, so I guess they improved it. As to ...

I've not gotten any of the DLC yet. I made the mistake of starting a new ME3 game while still being annoyed at the ending. I'm planning to get all three DLCs, then start a new game (well, with my nearly max level Shepard which finished the game once already anyway).

I'd say it'd be MC. I think the reason the 'c' isn't capitalised normally is to show that they were originally two separate words. At the risk of sounding patronising: Mc is 'son' in old Gaelic, so I'd imagine that originally it'd have been written separately, much like the Ap prefix still is in Wel...

But you already have ME2 and 3 on two different systems. Why the hell would you buy the trilogy as well?

Well, I preordered the Join or Die edition of Assassin's Creed 3 from Tesco, and due to a supplier issue they were unable to fulfill the order. However, they're sending me the standard edition for free. A little annoyed that I won't get to play the bonus content on my first playthrough, but fair pla...

Because I enjoy the games. If I didn't buy the same games then I wouldn't have any PS3 games, because I've an Xbox 360 longer than the PS3. If I love a game on one platform (I mean I got the PS1, Sega DC, and N64 version of Resdient Evil 2 ) then I why shouldn't love on a different platform. There'...

I bought X-Men First Class and The Hangover. I'd seen the Hangover before, but not X-Men. It was good fun. I quite enjoyed the Bond villain style of the thing, mixed with superpowers. I'm not a huge comics fan - I know some of the stories in broad strokes, but not in detail. I didn't know Mystique's...

Not really the same thing, but I'm not sure it's worth starting a new topic? If you're in the UK, The Sun are doing a deal this week for a free Lego set when you buy the paper. You get a different one each day(starting today, ending Sunday). I think you have to take the voucher to Toys R Us or W H S...

not spoils it. But it's the thing that sticks in my head the most, rather than all the brilliant stuff that's gone before. Which is sad.

I don't think I've ever been as emotionally involved in a game as Mass Effect 3. It was on course to be my favourite game ever easily. Then the ending came along. I really don't know what BioWare were thinking... It's a shallow ass pull that leaves a bitter taste about the entire series. They're cra...

Heh! I started it last night and got as far as the Normandy. Loving it already, especially how great combat feels. I think it's gonna be one hell of an experience, playing this through! Yeah, combat is a big improvement over the previous two games. I've always said that I don't mind that the combat...

The third one paints a bleak picture of war and has some pretty hard hitting moments. As the_escaflowne says, I wouldn't feel comfortable playing parts of it in front of children. The sexual themes are negligible, and not worth writing home about - certainly not graphic in any way. Finally - ME3 is ...

I picked up ME3 on Tuesday and somehow resisted playing it till I finished ME2 again. Finished that last night so waiting to head home and start 3. Can't wait! Have you considered becoming a monk? That level of self control would be the envy of religious orders around the world. I've just arrived a...
