OMG lads, Picard was so bloody good. Got the Animated Star Trek on blu ray for Christmas and have been working through it. It's got a Gorn that 5000% more convincing than the one in Enterprise.

Just finished my first reread of the Hitch-hikers books in a decade (I know because there was still a receipt from 2009 in there). Still love the first three and the fourth is trying something different at least. But boy is Mostly Harmless one of the most depressing and cynical books I've ever read....

Pity they didn't work it so as to at least include the other two Fuman issues.

Agreed about the quality, sadly no one cares about Armada enough.

Apparently the first G2 book will be issue 81 (and as 82 is going to be Revolutions, presumably it'll still be in a random order), with it split across three volumes and the first having the Joe crossover.

Be amazing if one of the cons got a Chuckle Brother by mistake.

Well, Liverpool did indeed get Welker and Cullen.

TFN on the other hand have Cullen, and I think it's a good bet that, if not this year, Welker is likely for 2021...

Not TFN as such, but Liverpool Comic Con is announcing two Transformers guests this Sunday, who are UK firsts and (from what they say) an amazing duo to get together.

My best friend is convinced it's going to be Welker and Cullen. We shall see...

Not technically TV, but also been introduced to the Buzzfeed Unsolved YouTube channel. Which is my favourite sort of trash viewing in that the ghost hunting is ridiculous and OTT and not even remotely convincing but at the same time it's great fun and there's some interesting real history in there.

Late to the party, but watched the first two and a bit (before Netflix started struggling with my Wi-Fi) episodes of Hannibal and now I want to dress like Hannibal. How does he find the time to kill and eat people and buy such snazzy suits?

Mind, I think digital has been a boon for Transformers, even with Comixology being cagey about figures (though from what someone who'd know was telling me, More Than Meets the Eye sold better than any of us thought that way), it's definitely where that new audience that's generally found comic book ...

So it looks like, as it's what has just been promoted on Twitter and it's all that's showing up for pre-order on Amazon, the series isn't being collected in average six issue paperbacks, but (for the first one at least, a second is also up for pre-order, but not sure of the contents there) 12 issue ...

Very much looking forward to a full on steam punk version at last.
