Picked up Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition for $7 on a sale a little while back and started playing it this week. Fun game! Very Uncharted-ish. The hidden tombs aren't too well hidden, though, since a clanging bell rings and the controller vibrates whenever you're near one. And "HIDDEN TOMB NEAR...

Our pet dinosaur did smash his head through the roof of our van, though.

And insurance says it's not covered. :(

We backed in, opened up the tailgate, flipped the back seat backwards, and had a nice upholstered bench for the kids. My wife and I sat on lawnchairs and/or blankets in front of them. (They could see over our heads though. We're not mean like that.)

I had two firsts last night: First time at a drive-in theater, and first double feature. Saw Captain America and Jungle Book back to back for a mother's day gift. I was shocked that our four-year-old actually stayed up and saw both all the way through with no complaining. Two- and six-year-olds zonk...

I finished up Tearaway a couple days ago. It's a fun game and has lots of neat concepts, but it is seriously hampered by bad camera angles and some glitchy seams. The camera will often automatically place itself either behind some scenery or at an angle where you can't really even see what's going o...

Well, after buying the Star Wars prequel trilogy not too long ago, I've been teaching my kids the ways of the Force by having movie nights. I haven't watched Episodes I-III in a long while, and I had completely forgotten how 'talky' they can get. We've been doing the same after acquiring copies fro...

I think Blackjack is going for $6.50 on Amazon right now, and has been for about a month. He's an add-on item, so it has to be tossed in with other stuff. If you need an American mule, PM me.

I saw the announcement about that and was thinking about setting it up. Not that I'd use it very often, but always fun to have options. And to feel superior to those who don't have it. :)

I'm having a good time with Infinity as well. Finished up the Toybox Takeover (might still have some feats to get, but not sure). I got Twilight of the Republic for less than $10 (including Anakin and Ahsookawhatshername) off Ebay and am really enjoying that. I can't help but notice that Jar Jar doe...

X-Men: Days of Future Passed, Rogue Cut just came yesterday. It was only $10 on Amazon, and I haven't seen this version yet.

I just got into the branding, and I'm really liking the game. Never played any of the Assassin's Creeds, so it's all new to me. I was finishing up the first area and thinking it was coming to a satisfying conclusion, and all of a sudden there's a WHOLE 'NOTHER AREA!!!! With lots more to do. Which ma...

I was listening to my 2-year-old girl and 3-year-old boy playing Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots in the next room. 3YO says, "OK, now try to hit me. ... OW! IN THE GAME!"

I picked up Shadow of Mordor for $15 the other day, and I'm really liking it. A bit of a learning curve when you start, and I'm still not certain I'm doing things right, but I've only put in about an hour.

I've dealt with EBGames/Gamestop before... getting what you actually asked for is like winning the lottery.

I downloaded Infinity for the iPad, but I have no clue if you can use the figures with it. I haven't done any of the mobile Infinity, but I think the codes that come on the cards are used to unlock characters in that. Or I could be completely wrong since I've never once entered any of my codes. May...

The nice thing is, these ones seem to go on sale quite regularly. Almost to the point where I don't think I would pay full price for any of it. It's just a matter of a week or two before one of the big stores has something on sale. I've noticed the same thing. And the sales are usually pretty signi...

Yet another reason that we need Masterpiece Stampy.
