IIRC correctly the only other Torchwood employee left since they blew up Canary Wharf is the crazy old guy in charge of Torchwood: Scotland. I be up to date again (well, as far as the BBC2 screening goes anyway)- How fantasticly surprising was Owen's death (and though I haven't seen Dead Man Walking yet I'm told it doesn't ressurect him for the long term). Jim Robinson is a legend. Actually.. At the end of the episode...he's still alive.
