Question To Do With ISP (UK)

I have come here with a question, you guys seem to be very knowledgable and have always helped in the past, so here is hoping that can be repeated... So, next month I will be moving in to a student house, and it is my job to set up the internet, as a group (me and 4 others) we have decided Tiscali t...

Definitely, I cannot think of a single book Johns has written at DC that I havent absolutely loved, even Infinite Crisis was a bloody good read (for what it was though, nothing compared to his other work) the only major books of his I havent read are Hawkman and Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E, which I think ...

I've never read John's Avengers run, but I have heard it was god awful, out of character, and yeah as you said, a complete deconstruction of what came before... Which is weird considering his love for continuity, and the fact all the books he has written for DC have been love letters to the past, wh...

One of my teachers at school used to get realy arsey about that, every time someone said ruler he would say "Ruler is someone that sits on a throne, it is called a rule"

I've just read advanced reviews of the two new 'Ultimate Comics' books coming out today, Ultimate Avengers and Spider-Man and apparently they're both pretty darn good, and they both look relatively sweet, with melon head spidey being kinda annoying at first, and I love Pacheco (have done since JLA/J...

Looks cool, the only negative (for me) is I am finding the black writing kind of difficult to read on the main writing because of the pattern of the background, if the deeper greys were a bit lighter I'd probs find it easier to read methinks, anyone agree or just me?

Other than that looks good.

I respectfully disagree, the instruments on Rock Band are inferior to Guitar Hero (imo) they look cheap and feel cheap... The games themselves, I also disagree, the look of Rock Band doesnt scream to be as being something that has had loved poured in to it, it looks too clinical. And how can you say...

It looks so dreadful, I can't see how this wont be the worst "blockbuster" of the year, I mean come on... In the latest trailer I've seen they use 'American Badass ' by Kid Rock, just not cool. My only hope is that the scenes with Snake Eyes are decent... are they?

I just read about that, the guy was pretty prolific, he really seemed to perfect writing and directing family comedies in the 80s and early 90s, and some of them were major films for me growing up, in fact, ive edited his full filmography that Jets listed to the films he worked on that I got major e...

I thinky you two are talking about two different scene. He's talking about the bit were the jet was trying to take out the truck on the highway, and Mclane uses the truck and the falling highway too take out the jet. Your scene happens near the beginning. Which is also the bit where (im pretty sure...

i'd presume networking would be the easiest, wireless networking? Set up a shared area that both computers can access, dump all the files you want in that folder, go on your other computer, and copy em to a different folder.

Del Toro did a great job on Hellboy Pans Labyrinth and Devils Backbone are two very good examples of where CGI can compliment real world effects and improve, just look at the Pale Man (in Pans) for instance, it is undeniable that the make up and incredibly creepy acting by Doug Jones is fantastic, ...

Reading this I had a memory of Bruce Willis saying in a interview around the time the film came out that the truck/helicopter thing was done for "real" (as in an experienced stunt team crashed a truck into a helicopter with some trickery, not that it's something you could easily do in the...
