well, if you go with the cartoon, Starscream was responsible for more defeats than anyone else on that list, that's pretty inept if ya ask me. However, in the comic Megatron got smacked around a lot and almost blew himself up on the spacebridge. So I'm gonna vote for Devestator;)

This might be the very first animation error of the series. In MTMTE part 1 Optimus walks past a yellow Cliffjumper standing next to Hound and when they cut back he is Red.
