My dad stole all my percocets and the refill, too, so my only relief came from Excedrin. The major pain went away by the end of the weak, but the soreness lasted for a few more. Cultural question: Do most Americans know enough about medicine so that you can throw these terms into a sentence, and it...

Spirals. For some reason, Dairy Milk is much nicer in a spiral form.

1p sweets in corner shops. I used to love buying them.

Just finished my first playthrough of Deus Ex. It's a very, very good game. Lots of fun, very good story and loads of little nods to the original.

Nah, I imagine most of them are people realising that they want something around for future "just in case" -- and a baseball bat has more legitimate reason to be kept around, with a few tennis balls, than many other improvised weapons. It'd be interesting to see the ratio of baseball bats...

Don't bother with GTAIV, it's overrated. Get the Episodes from Liberty City DVD, and play Ballad of Gay Tony instead. Much better. Also, Assassin's Creed 2 and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood are ace. Don't waste your money on LA Noire. Fallout 3 is worth a look. As for older games, you might try Bully...

Yeah, sorry Mark Duggan. If you're carrying a gun around, then you're fair game to be shot. It's a reasonable assumption that if you have a gun, you intend to use it.

Do people not like this? How can anyone not like a song that, when it plays in a club, results in you being legally required to grab the arm of the nearest person and dance round in a sort of circle? It's awesome. You gain +5 points for this. That Oirish tune 'Tell My Ma' is another excellent song ...

I had just seen Rebirth again shortly before joining - this is what inspired me to go look for Transformers online actually. I also had the Quick Switch toy as a kid, so I combined the two. Quickshot sounds like a premature ejaculation problem, so I went with Sixswitch.

Only 50% of it. Ha! Good point. Seems a bit counter productive on BBC's part. Their F1 coverage was really good, and was attracting great viewing figures. The justification from the BBC was that it was a move to save money, but I find that a bit weird. I guess Sky just offered more cash as per usua...

Oh, and is anyone else actually on Lucas' side with this? If it was some less mega rich director people actually liked some minor member of staff with no involvement in the actual design process milking his creation for cash would have everyone pissed at the little guy: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk...

Casual is very easy - definitely for those of us who just want to experience the story. Normal is fairly easy too - although not really hard. If you want a challenge, I'd probably look at Veteran - not played at that level myself, but I did do Haestrom on Hardcore, and managed that OK (with a few de...

Double post! Nothing new here. I'm waiting for Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I have started a new playthrough of Mass Effect 2 - a new game without an imported save file. My only save file from ME1 is my perfect Paragon save and I wanted to see what the world would be like if Shepard hadn't been quite ...
