I know that with reserve auctions the BIN used to stay in place until the reserve is met.

Of course we all agree that the price they are asking is ridicious but their position isn't. Definitely. I just don't like their methods. The whole thing is about pride for the most part. It wouldn't be worth their time to sue for the price of the songs. So they jack it up. The whole thing stinks o...

Eh. Maybe not a kid kid, but kid in the slang sense.

The $3000 is consistent with what the RIAA always sends in their letters. Here's a link I found that was quite edifying about their lawsuits. The damages that the RIAA claims are highly dubious.

Yeah. Definitely not a hero. He got caught doing something that he's had fair warning not to do. You get caught? Own up to it. I hope they do drastically reduce the fine that he'll have to pay. There's no need to financially ruin someone over a [relatively] small amount of music. The lawsuit itself ...

Yeah. Sounds like they only said it wasn't a violation of policy because they didn't want to be bothered with it. You know if you had won the auction but decided not to pay then ebay would come down on you like a hammer.

I'd be surprized if they didn't make another Transformers series. At this point they're focussing on the movie since it just came out last month. I'd say after they get all the designs they want to get done, they'll probably keep the line going with repaints/premium series while they plan the next c...

My worst ever experience on ebay was when I won an auction for a transformer and paid, then i got a refund and an email saying that someone had emailed them and offered more money than i had won the auction for and so they were selling it to them instead. That really annoyed me if im honest. That's...

What annoyed me were sellers who would demand payment within three days (I would pay right away with paypal so it aint no thang), but they'd sit on the packages for weeks before sending it. Happened way too often so I stopped buying on ebay. Once sent an email to a seller and then I got it three day...

Probably not worth it, I have a feeling that revisited it wouldn't hold up to my youthful remembrances. However, you could always pick up the essential tomb of dracula to get a feel for some of them, they all started out there. Also, I really didn't enjoy the post movie Blade, where they changed hi...

Ah. Never read Nightstalkers. Then again I haven't read any Blade either . . .

Got any recommendations for those two?

I think they've got enough molds that there won't be a need for a Premium Series. Rampage's color in the movie was probably to distinguish him from Bumblebee. That didn't stop them from making a premium series in the last movie. I mean aside from BB haveing a new head was there any difference betwe...

Wait wait wait.... In a film with god awful direction, a Wesley Snipes who had all but thrown in the towel, a crappy Dracula and HHH you say the movie would have been better without Ryan Reynolds? Mental Eh. I don't mind bad movies. RR just kinda got on my nerves. The rest of it was stupid fun imo....

Wrote and directed it, did he? Meant his part in the movie. Movie probably would have been a bit more bearable without that character. Though Dracula trying to be hip was a bit silly too now that I think of it. Personally I felt his character and delivery were among the few enjoyable parts of that ...

Someone posted excerpts of it online somewhere. The writing made my brain cry. This girl I fancy was swooning over that Edward guy so I it mostly out of jealousy. Otherwise I probably wouldn't care. You know what was an awful Vampire movie? Blade Trinity. Don't remember much about the Blade II, but ...

My guess would be that the movie design team showed Rampage to Hasbro at a point where he was initially yellow, but by the time they changed it to red it was too late to stop the toy production (maybe they had already begun producing the figure). My guess is the premium version will be red. Picked u...

I like the colors on that version. Very vibrant. If Hasbro uses a similar shade of red and blue it'll take all of my will to resist.
