Fall of the Mutants, Inferno and X-Tinction Agenda crossed over into New Mutants [which became X-Force] and X-Factor too... Are they not X-Men stories then? I think it was stated that all the Autobots' dead went there... even if it wasn't explicitly stated, it'd be pretty daft making a structure 'bigger than Manhattan' for a maximum of 30 Autobots [and that's assuming that everyone not seen after TF:TM died offscreen at the city...]
