Let this be thy final lesson monster, no man is e'er defeated till his last breath is drawn! And e'en THEN, 'tis most unwise for the victor to assume the battle is ended, for with god and man, a war is ne'er over till the ultimate wrong is set aright and the final villain is DONE!
Nice to see original Dinobots knock-offs still out there.

Hello! Here is my collection, pegged into various catagories. I tried to get shots of all relevant modes, so apologies if anyone gets bored to tears looking through my slideshows...

...oh and there's some non-TF stuff in there too!
Haven't got around to doing my Lego stuff (I have a bunch of '84-'88 Castle sets, City from 2009 - 10 and some Exo Force stuff).

I just built the second and final batch of display cases for my TFs, so I thought I'd share some photos of how it looks at the mo. I'm well chuffed with the display cases. I am so happy to finally be able to have all my favourite TFs out on display in one place.
Thanks must go to my ever lovely & tolerant girlfriend, who let me have one whole wall of a room for my own.
Apologies for the quality of the photography. My camera phone is the best I have at present, and I've never had much talent in that regard.
Also in the album are a couple of shots of the Maiden Japan head guards I just bought for Inferno & Grapple. They are aces!
Anyhoo, my album of TFs is here: http://photobucket.com/RnR_TF
There are quite a few kitbashed Alts & BTs in there. The characters I was shooting for were: Snarl, Swoop (in alt mode), Brawn, Trailbreaker, Bluestreak (alt mode), Prowl, Cliffjumper, Windcharger, Wheeljack (alt mode), Ironhide (alt mode), Red Alert (alt mode), Runabout, Runamuck, Soundwave, Wildrider, Breakdown & Drag Strip.
I know my work is not to a high standard, but would still be interested to know what you think...

My New "Nearly Perfect" Collection
My new collection of "Hunting Stopper TFs" begins this Christmas. The older this collector has gotten the less money he has to spend on TFs, so basically now it's all about finding 1-time final TF toys to cap off collecting for a while.
The Megatron of Megatrons.
The Starscream of Starcreams.
The Frenzy of.....you get it.
i went 90% 3rd party this year and particullary just for this reason- because these companies are doing exactly that: making the ----- of all -----s.

My New "Nearly Perfect" Collection
The Decepticons were my 1st choice, so here they are so far:
Maketoys Green Giant Plus-61 AKA Devastator
Dr. Wu Devastator LED Replacement Head
Toyworld Hegemon AKA Megatron
Fansproject Backfiery AKA Kickback
Fansproject Warcry AKA Micromaster Growl
Fansproject Flameblast AKA Micromaster Fireshot
Mastermind Creations KM-03 Cyclops AKA Shockwave (2nd Production Run)
Igear Traitor AKA Starscream
Takara Tomy Music Label Soundwave
TFC's Photron AKA Reflector
32 GB USB Thumb Drive Ravage
Perfect Effect Frenzy and Rumble
Perfect Effect Laser Beak and Buzzer
These are probably the first Decepticons I've bought since G1, because I don't want the losing team on my shelf- I decided that at a young age and stuck to it- but with these works of art I definitely made an exception- they're collection stoppers- hunting cappers- the ----- of ------'s for their characters (in my opinion).
When they arrive, a Decepticon family picture will be posted ^_^

Blackjack was interested in seeing my BW collection...figured I might as well post it for everyone to look at if I'm going to the trouble of so many pics.
My definition of "show character" is pretty loose in these shots...basically any mold that appeared on the show got tossed in, including Universe or Armada redecos. Also a couple of later revisings of BW characters.
But what I love the most about Beast Wars are the somtimes-crazy non-show designs.
"Team Torca" here are a great group. Torca himself is one of the most unique designs to come out of the line, Air Hammer is elegant and sleek and Cybershark has great articulation and lots of fun accessories. Armordillo is pretty bland, but has a special place in my heart since he was one of the first Beast Wars toys I ever picked up. The two Longhorns don't have much in common but a name, sadly, though I sort of wish the Universe toy had used the BM figure's colour scheme. And Sonar is, sadly, an ugly little wretch.
Torca's gold plastic has deteriorated a bit, so he doesn't do the transforming thing.
Manterror's little band here all have great beast modes, though I'm not sure any of them quite manage to pull off the robot modes. I do like that they're all a bit unconventional, though. One of my favourite things about Beast Wars is that the designers weren't afraid to do something different with the robot modes.
The other 'Cons are a bit more straightforward lot. Reptilion and Sky Shadow both get a lot of love from me because their designs are just mental. Insecticon was my first BW toy and still one of my faves. Razorclaw was the first big toy I bought when I started collecting again and I'll always be fond of him just for that, but honestly he's a little bit bland. Frostbite's beast mode is okay but overall he's more trouble than he's worth. And Snapper and Drill Bit, sadly, aren't very good.
(I had to check the spark crystal to make sure it was Gas Skunk and not Stinkbomb).
Polar Claw and the dinos were the odd good guys out, since they don't fit in with Torca's motley crew in my head. The bear is really cool. The other two, not so much.
Sadly, Photo Day wasn't all fun and games. Scorponok feels left out, but the other Preds won't let him play until he fixes himself.
And Dinobot...*sigh*. Dinobot. Broken again. I'm not sure why I didn't just toss him in the trash.

I love the wackiness of the Beast Wars designs, they were really great fun to play with. I also have a soft spot for the original version of Cheetor; his brilliant yellow flares with the dulled metallic blue shoes and limbs. He's a proper seventies machine!
