-jaw drops- That's very very unexpected. I never thought they still have the Star Convoy mold intact.

given bruticus, that might not stop them.
wasn't there a superfantasticawesome version of star convoy made by someone else?
still, the price isnt bad. if i had the money, it'd be on the 'maybe' list, wich would be a first for the encore line for me.

It had a proper Takara reissue just a few years ago, a surprisingly funky toy actually. Expect it to turn out Takara have lost his legs or something though.

Mmm. It's been four years since they last reissued it... going by Takara's previous form that's almost a guarantee that they'd lost it.

I bought one. Always wanted one even though he's a brick. Cool figure if you can look past the fact that he has no real articulation below his waste.

Ok, so you and
Tetsuro bought one. Who are the other two people?

Shouldn't this topic be locked? We already know that Hobby search just had too many reissues of Star Convoy lying around.

I don't see a reason why it should.

Me. Like I said, surprisingly fun. Wind him up and watch him go like a demented Johny 5.

Sweet Zombie Allah, that base mode makes it look like actual thought went into the design of Powermaster Prime.

Okay, so Blackout was right.
No Encore Star Convoy, just Hobby Search trying to get rid of old unsold stock.

As much as I would like to get this, it seems unlikely they will release it in shops like Myer or Toys 'R' Us, and I don't care for online shopping, so I'm out of luck at the moment.

You live a fifty minute train ride from the CBD and thats a further ten minute train ride to Chapel St. You could easily get this if you wanted to.
There are a number of shops that will stock it, or can order it in for you.
