Neat, thanks for providing these!

Must say I prefer the takara versions on all of them, but Windblade is a bad toy either way

Takara -- but not enough to be fussed about paying extra to import.

Kapow has some pretty good deals lately on takara generations---more or less around 6 pounds over local hasbro retail.

Though, in bulk, buying straight from HLJ it comes out cheaper. Even with import tax.

Takara..as always. A few extra daubs of paint/ more considered plastic choices makes all the difference.

Unless they go mental with the Chrome.

I think only the farmers won, like at the end of the Magnificent Seven.

Hasbro win the packaging wars, Takara's T&A art makes you realise what a bullet we dodged with how IDW handled the characters in the last year.

Classy Takara.

I am quite tempted by an Arcee, mind. The character's shit and the basic design is idiotic however well engineered but it somehow taps into that "couldn't get one of those when I was a kid" thing even if I'd never have bought an Arcee when I was a kid.

I'm not too fussed by most of them in the first place, but I was very excited by Arcee, and Takara nailed the G1 look with their deco, which is what was important to me, and so I bought that version.

I've also preorded Takara Legends Blackarachnia, because I like spiders.

However, despite not caring about the others, I must say from those comparison shots, Takara looks to win every time.

New sale thread added with a range of Transformers including Masterpiece, Botcon, CHUG, RID, Movies etc.

Looking for MP-11T Thundercracker and MP-9 Rodimus v2 (Takara version with as few QC issues as possible).

Check out my new sale thread now!

Also items on eBay.
