Are you doing the normal thing like losing weight or something a bit different?
Mine is to learn to play the ukulele I got for christmas .

Actually mine is to put weight on, too much cardio and not enough food. I'm lean like a salmon and want to be beefy like, erm a cow.

I think I need a vice, haven given up smoking and the booze around May time, maybe I should invest in a new bad habit.

Fly tipping perhaps?

Mine is to get healthy, drink less alcohol, eat better and get a handle on this asthma thing I was just diagnosed with. ;)

My resolution is to not give up on the diet I am currently on, having lost 7 stone in 15 months I'm incredibly happy with how I've done, but I still have a long way to go, but my will power has been worn down to nothing over the last 2 months due to various stuff...

Which leads me on to the slightly darker resolution to resolve various psychological and emotional issues that have been eating away at me over the past few years, and actually feel happy, to go along with acting it.

I'm going to drink more. And be less responsible.

Lose weight. Get a girlfriend, preferably one who's mentally and emotionally stable. Resist the urge to kill stupid people. You know, the usual stuff.

You're going to stop talking to yourself as well then, I take it?

Mine is to get Mass Effect 2 on release. No seriously, I never bother with New Years Resolutions as they're stupid, gimmicky and pointless. So there.

The best time to do that is when you're sick. You feel so wretched anyway that you barely notice any withdrawals that may happen.

Good luck with it!

oh, and polish the guns a little more. I need to from an everyman to a beveryman!
And probably to actually get round to finishing my driving test
and get stuff published that i get paid for

All of my resolutions just happen to be stuff that coincide with this month, for instance another one is joining the gym... Something I've been intending to for months, but only this month will I have the money to do so.

That's how i managed it, had a chest infection followed immediately by flu, was bedridden for a week or two and couldn't even look at a pack of fags/pouch of baccy during that time. luckily it coincided with the smoking ban starting so it was another reason to quit.

Nailed one of my resolution's already and now have a shiny 42" plasma tv, others include putting some weight on/getting in shape and reaching purple belt by this time next year.
