What RU those black bits on the photo?
looks like its been drawn over/airbrushed or something?

it looks like it has been painted digitally on the computer, on paint brush or something... you should ask the seller though

I agree, you should ask, but it merely looks like a technical problem with the photo. Sometimes I get that problem when I convert an image from one format to another (like from TIFF to JPEG). They appear to be small ragged black dropouts in the image. Once again, though it never hurts to ask.

I'm not an expert on Omega Supreme, but the black bits seem to be on a different part of Omega when in robot/alt modes. To be safe, ask the seller though.
