Sorry, been doing the house-shopping ... err... house-buying thing, so I'm swamped more than usual. I'll try to spend tommorow as a 'catch-up' day. (But from Tuesday on, back to the grind on this.)

Guys, please keep in mind that I've been very very busy of late and I already said that Paperformers were at the bottom of my priority list at the moment. I've got many other things to catch up on too (though I've made huge progress the last few days).

First thing I'm going to do is clear out a batch of 'recolors' that's been sitting on the drive, then I'll look at finishing up one of the models that's closest to done. It may be a couple of days before I get to all the questions and everything in this thread. Be please patient a little while longer.

Nav, give TFVanguard a bit of time. He's been very inactive lately as far as paperformers are concerned so I doubt that he's made much progress with them. A good thing to remember: Good things take time.

Keep in mind that I'm still swamped. Real world stuff has been pretty thick (not really BAD, just thick) and all that has to come first. Hopefully I can get more things cleared out over this week since it's all my girls' spring break.
Hey that tank from Bruticus, what mold do you think it will take, will it be like Impactor,or Phalanx or,will it be like Warpath?
Brawl (Armorhide, etc) will be his own design. It will probably be similar to Impactor, but the turret will be on the back. I'll do a non-combiner 'poor man' version for Guzzle first, probably.
Devastator might be coming soon, as a real contribution from me! Unless TFVanguard is working on him?
Go ahead and put up your Devastator but just make sure it's clear that it's not mine. I'm going to eventually have my own up, once I get a larger stretch of down time. (Yours is pretty good, but there are several parts that I'm deliberately doing differently to cut out any spare parts in the combined form.)
Hey TFVanguard can you do Brawn and Huffer next please?
I've got an old Huffer/Pipes that needs to be redrawn, so I'll put him on priority for something new for the week. It's the same 'complexity level' as the other minibots.

I thought I had a Brawn started, but I can't find him.
Hey TFVanguard ,can I have your email address so I can send you the cassettes?
Don't bother. Soundwave's getting redone anyway (improved arms and joints, and scaling him to Rodimus's overall size). The cassettes will be redone after that, making changes as needed.

OK TFVanguard, thanks. I'll get it up tomorrow, I'm too tired right now...
BTW, it won't have any instructions, but I will post the 7 pages (one for each Constructicon and for the extra pieces) together with the pics I posted earlier.

Jet Revision 1.3

Post by Jaynz »

Went ahead and made myself redo the Jet legs from scratch, rather than redo them piecemeal as I had been doing. They're remeasured, now to correct scale, and had all the parts I wanted. I did make them a 'unileg' again, though, really to make it easier to assemble.

I'll do updates for the jets 'as I get around to them' unless there's a specific rush request. Otherwise, it's back to clearing out the inbox.

Nightscream is a slight redeco of the old Ramjet figure. He's basically Energon Starscream in looks with what I think of BM Nightscream's personality. :)

Devastator.

I'm being crystal clear here: this is not entirely my work. This is mainly pieces from other paperformers meshed together into a quite nice looking Devy. But the piece finding, drawing and re-colouring was all my work.

Okay... I'm going to consider this post my 'week of March 8' catch-up post. I'm going to shoot for clearing out more of the jets and getting them all on the 'same page' before I tackle a new design or complete another one. That way, hopefully, I won't have to be constantly revisiting existing stuff...

...no...

This is a redo and catch up of all the Jets already up so that they're back to the same design and instructions. It's kind of busy work, but I need to do it to keep organized. You're not going to get anything new if I can't keep my dev folder straight. Be patient. After all, these are freebies.

Anyway, this post is the 'March 15' catchup post. Unless I miscounted, this should finish the Decepticon jets already done, or thereabouts.

Well, not quite all of the Decepticon jets, I guess. A couple of little bastards remained. Ah well. This is the 'March 22' catch-up post, which will wrap up the Decepticon jets and some of the remaining Autobot ones.

Deftwing is a recedo and update of the old Paperformer BW2 Dirge
