This is awesome! Every episode, the Movie in 4K! All free and all the background material and scripts! I love the 1984 toy fair catalogue. Not only is every figure proudly waving his gun in the air. They should've replaced 'More the Meets the Eye' with 'Out of this world Sales excitement'!

And Shockwave calls Megatron "Sire", that's so cute. Not as good as Inferno calling him "My Queen", but still nice.

If anyone can point me in the direction of scripts or storyboards not on this list. Particularly any of the first drafts that Masterforce UK sold off cheap years ago. Then please drop us a PM.

Well, Bryce Malek sold off two sets of scripts over the years for the episodes he was involved with (4-65). A set of 7 binders in 2008 (presumably finalised scripts), then a full set of first drafts that eventually wound up at online store Masterforce UK in 2013, who sold them to the general public for £30 a pop initially. Some of the ones still there on clearance a year later were as low as £12.99! I've received contributions of three of those, and acquired four first drafts from other sources. So 55 to go.

IIRC Masterforce was Morg wasn't it? Have you been able to contact Mr Evans and see if he took copies first?

I know his health wasn't great and haven't had any contact in a long time -- I think last time was some Marvel UK art -- plus Gear4Geeks is shuttered at the moment, but you could possibly try LinkedIn (last edit seems to be 2021) or see if other stores such as Kapow have been in touch with him.

Recently James M Ward - retired RPG designer who worked for TSR for two decades - auctioned off items from his brief interaction with Sunbow cartoons. Among those items was the first supplement for the G1 show bible. Officially titled the Transformers New Products Addendum, this document covers profiles for the 18 new characters who made their debut in season 2.

Thanks to an ebay store selling off a handful of scripts by writer and then-Sunbow Producer Doug Booth, I've managed to win and add the full script for season 2 episode Sea Change to the Sunbow Marvel Archive.

As Doug notes in his covering letter, the finished first draft runs 57 pages (down from 71). So we're talking a rough runtime of 28 minutes. 6 or 7 minutes of deleted scenes lie within.

This copy was previously owned by show director Nelson Shin and sent to his notoriously low-budget studio AKOM to be animated. Are the boards visually superior? Some of these boards really do have more personality than the later animation.

The Summer of Scripts starts here, as the first five of an eventual nineteen episode scripts are now live at the Archive. Two of a set of seven binders sold off by story editor Bryce Malek in 2008, stay tuned for updates as the scripts are scanned and contributed by their owner.
