Like about when megatron was fighting together and who they were fighting against, the beast wars, and the different history of the timeline that shows how they become Galvatron and Nemesis Prime?
Be it in animated, novel or comics?

Novels hardly ever happen. Even less likely is getting a novel or short story collection that gives us deliberately alt-universe things like Paddles the Dinobot although the quality of the Ciencin/Cian books does confirm that when there's a lot going on with franchise sub-licensing that Hasbro is happy just to see the brand in as many places as possible.

Animation's expensive, retail comics also have a minimum threshold for viability, so the best chance is convention comics (licensed fan-fiction) or actual fan-fiction. And that's not a bad thing, there are some decent authors and creators in most fandoms, covering the loose ends that they're interested in. Hasbro's often legitimised fans; eg https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Ask_Vector_Prime

I could like to say who Megatron and Orion pax were fighting against and to see how the other timeline's history went, like how Optmuis became Nemesis Prime.

Were the Maximals and preadcons bigger in war for cybetron or were the Autobots and decepticons smaller?

As far as the toy line was concerned, both. Transformers doesn't really do scale.

Netflix... the same really, whatever was convenient.

Did not Primal mean they had been fighting the Predacons for cycles ?
Cycles does not always mean the same amount of time in the same continuity so was it meant to be a lot time in Kingdom ?
