Cliffy's DW guide

Nice, some of the reviews are much more entertaining than the issues itself. ;)

Review of #3 of G1 ongoing is missing though. I saw some other mistakes, too, can't remember where now.

If you find more, let me know. This one involved a fair amount of cut-and-paste, so there may well be...

I'm amazed at how much of the DW storylines I'd blanked out after reading.

It took me ages to realise you'd written some of them, with files split between guides and reviews.

Er, what's missing?

Sorry, I'm just a big slacker :(

Main one's the footnote from whichever one I'm bitching about Mad Brick. I don't have any problem with the whole thing being cut, but as it is it reads like I'm genuinely sympathetic, which I'm not, as I'd seriously argue they were paid what they deserved.

The other one is a lot of the ones that were reviews need slight tweaks so they're not so contemporary... Just tenses and things like references to "the upcoming Datatracks annual" and suchlike. Erm, I'll give it a proper once-over tomorrow afternoon :)

The most important thing is that the correction I suggested to Cliffy has been made. Go me!

That's the bugger. Out of interest, have the terrible two landed a major comic job on the back of their DEAD GOOD HONEST DW work? I hear there are a couple of new TF series in the works, and yet the dynamic duo don't seem to have been signed up. Anyone got any theories as to why this is?

I personally don't keep up with comic news, but nobody who I know who does didn't mention anything. I know that Chris Ryall from IDW talked to them (as well as Bob Budiansky), but he denied that it had anything to do with giving them a writer job. One issue of Generations (No, that're Marvel reprints, right? The Elseword-esque book, forgot its title) by the duo is possible at some point though.

But why DC or Marvel hadn't reached to grab their talent is beyond me. ;)
