i know its shockwave, but im guessing they had to name it something else because of who has the rights to the name? correct?

just wondering because the liscence plate on the back says SHKWAV

just thought that was kind of funny

Yeah, at the time, Lanard (makers of the infamous corps line) owned the trademark, but Hasbro's recovered it, as shown by the Cybertron minicon and the GI Joe Combat Squad figure.
